WE LOVE: Pairing turquoise colours with bronze accents, foliage wrapped tepee, the French lace gown and that hat!The bohemian-vibe harvest tepee, set on a private ranch provides a stunning lens into the open space filled with rich fall tones. A mixture of aesthetics including antlers, metals and feathers combine a versatile feel lending it to weddings of alternative styles. The eclectic styling elements and design came together through the vision and coordination from Emily at The Pearblossom and Ashley from Hawkeye Photography. Emily said “We spent over 6 months selecting local artisans that met our vision and whose work would be cohesive with the overall theme and style of the shoot”. THE FLOWERS are a combination of foraged and sourced with the latter including a variety of muted-toned wildflowers such as thistle, goldenrod, white larkspur, purple caspia, poppy seed pods and autumn-dyed waxflower. Greenery includes seeded eucalyptus, salal, and myrtle. The beautiful wild asters, as well as the scrub oak and the autumn-red maple leaves were foraged. Emily: “Our inspiration for the shoot came from wanting to inspire brides to fall in love with an often overlooked month in the wedding industry; namely, November. But, this is our favorite time of year! Nature offers such an array of creativity, color, texture, moods, and movement that we knew could be incorporated into a gorgeous wedding design.” “We also wanted to inspire brides to bring a bohemian feel into their weddings beyond a summer beach or desert location. For this, the horse ranch was the perfect setting and the mountains created the most stunning backdrop.” Congratulations to the full creative team involved in this bohemian beauty!
